| Established in 1999, our company Well Mold and Plastic Products Co. Ltd is a manufacturer specializing in not only designing & making plastic injection molds, but also plastic parts. We can build moulds and produce plastic parts in various fields, such as industrial parts, automobile parts, electronic parts, medical parts, kitchenwares, tablewares, toys, precision plastic parts, etc.
We have 130 experienced employees & precision equipment: 5 CNC, 10 EDM, 5 Wire-Cut, 15 Milling machines, 5 Grinding machines, 1 Lathe, 2 Drill press, 1 Check apparatus, 8 Injection machines, etc. We will install some new machines at our new factory which is under building, such as 10 injection machines with big clamping force, 1 imported computer-controlled Wire-cutter, 1 ZNC EDM machine , 1 high-speed CNC machine, 1 3D instrument, etc. We use updated software to design and make moulds, such as Auto-CAD, Pro-E, Solid-works, Master-cam.
We have rich experience in building complex molds, such as automatic-unscrewing molds, multicavity molds, moulds with (HASCO, YUDO) hot runner, overmoulds, moulds with metal inserts, etc. All of our moulds are at Hasco/DME standard, thus it is convenient for our customers to maintain or modify the moulds.
We have exported many molds and plastic products to America, France, Italy, England, Germany, Israel, Russia, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Singapore, etc. Our customers are very satisfied with our products due to high quality, competitive price and short lead time.
